Albina's Plate Rolling capacities range from 3/4" plate up to 10'0" in width (pre-bend up to 5/8" thick). For flat bar bent the easy way our capabilities include any thickness and size thru 4" x 22". The section is dependent on thickness to width. We recently completed a project consisting of rolled plate 1/2" thick x 120" wide. The plate was 216” in diameter and rolled to 180°.

Albina Co., Inc. recently bent Square Tube Steel 2” x 2” x .250” wall to a 12-7/8” Outside Radius. These bends were used by a manufacturing company as basket frames.

Albina bent and fabricated various structural materials to create the floor supports and decking for a custom tree house in Sammamish, Washington. Materials used included: a) 3-1/2″ Sch80 and 5″ Sch80 Bare Pipe fabricated complete per drawings with brackets cap welded to ends b) 1/2″, 3/4″ and 3/8″ Rolled Plate c) Tube Steel 8″ x 4″ x .250″ Wall A500 GR B d) W6 x 15# A992 and W8 x 15# A992 Wide Flange Here are some updated pictures from the installation. Albina Co., Inc. continues to strive to be your "one stop shop" for all your bending, fabrication and component part needs. Completing today. Four length of HSS 12 X 6 X .375 Wall Tube Steel bent compound to approximate 70' radius in both the weak axis and the strong axis / Easy Way and Hard Way. Minimal distortion of Tube in section.

Albina rolled / bent a 60' Length of HSS 16 X 4 X .500 A500 Gr. B tubular steel this morning. It was not the most challenging job on the whole, but we had no margin of error. A mill ordered 60' length of material that was not easily replaceable and would have caused significant schedule delays for our customer if it didn't work out. Rolled / Bent to a 12' Radius the Easy Way with virtually zero distortion. Planning and teamwork at all levels resulted in another example of the best available result.

First article approval nearly complete on a 44' X 13' football shaped bus shelter canopy. The complete assembly includes various materials. The main canopy frame is assembled from Rolled / Bent Steel HSS members to AESS quality, and large diameter support columns with rolled / bent round tubing knee braces.
